This guide walks you through connecting to Conviction and setting up your account.
#1. Connect Your Wallet
- Go to conviction.bet.
- Click the "LOG IN" button in the top-right corner of the header.
- Choose a login method:
#Option A: Email / Social Login
- Sign in with your email address, Google, or other supported social providers.
- An embedded wallet is created for you automatically.
- No seed phrase, no browser extension, no prior crypto experience required.
#Option B: External Wallet
- Connect an existing wallet such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, or any compatible browser extension.
- You will be prompted to sign a message to verify ownership.
Authentication is powered by Dynamic Labs for secure, flexible wallet connection.
#2. Onboarding
After connecting, the platform automatically provisions your accounts:
- A Smart Account is created for you — this becomes your Trading Wallet (ERC-4337).
- Your connected wallet becomes your Funding Wallet (EOA), used for receiving cross-chain deposits.
- No gas fees are required — all transactions on Conviction are sponsored.
The onboarding process happens in the background and takes just a few seconds.
#3. Account Setup
- A default username is generated from your wallet address.
- You can customize your profile (display name, avatar) at any time.
- Once your smart account is provisioned, you are ready to deposit funds and start trading.
