Deposit funds
The settlement asset on Conviction is USDT on BSC. Even if you send funds from another chain, they're automatically converted to BSC USDT and added to your balance — no separate bridge app required.
#How to deposit
- Wallet menu → Deposit
- The deposit address is shown on screen as both an address and a QR code.
- From your wallet or an exchange, send USDT to that address.
- After a short while, your balance updates automatically.
You can send from multiple chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, BSC, etc.), and the funds always arrive as BSC USDT.
Progress is shown
A deposit progresses through pending → transfer detected → converting → complete, and you can watch its status in real time on screen. Once complete, it's reflected in your balance right away.
#Frequently asked questions
- Are there deposit limits? They follow the conversion service's policy. They're generally similar to exchange limits, and large deposits may require additional verification.
- Are there deposit fees? A small fee may apply during conversion/transfer. The expected arrival amount is shown before you send.
- Can I send directly from an exchange? Some exchanges may restrict direct withdrawals to this kind of deposit address. If you're blocked, route through a personal wallet first.
- What if I send the wrong token? Sending an unsupported token may get your funds stuck. Confirm the asset is supported before sending.
