Manage positions
The outcomes (shares) you gain from trading are kept in your wallet. Even before a market ends, you can put them to use in the following ways.
#1. Reselling
This is the most common flow. My Positions → select an item → Sell.
- Post your held outcome to the order book as a sell order.
- With good timing on price, you can realize a profit even before the market closes.
#2. Split — USDT into a pair of outcomes
Put in 1 USDT and 1 YES share + 1 NO share of the same market are created at the same time.
1 USDT → 1 YES + 1 NOYou can sell one side immediately and hold the other, or post both sides to the book for market making. No fees and no gas.
#3. Merge — a pair of outcomes back into USDT
If you hold equal amounts of YES and NO in the same market, you can convert them back into USDT.
1 YES + 1 NO → 1 USDTThis is useful for recovering USDT once you've accumulated both sides. For both split and merge, the UI handles approvals and gas automatically.
For detailed scenarios, see Advanced → Split / Merge.

| My Orders | Orders posted to the book or in progress |
| My Positions | Outcomes (shares) you actually hold after fills |
- Cancelling an order doesn't affect quantity that's already been filled.
- After a market ends, losing outcomes are worth 0 even if you still hold them (handled automatically at the redemption step).
